Authorize purchase of property at 100 S Broadway for Jackson Ave Streetscapes
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase property in fee simple title and a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 100 South Broadway from the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville and Guyot Properties, LLC, for $18,049.00, as part of the Jackson Avenue Streetscapes Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
