Authorize purchase of property at 1306 E Fifth Ave for KAT parking expansion
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase in fee simple title certain real property located at 1306 East Fifth Avenue from Kirkland Brothers for $18,500.00, to expand the parking area of the Knoxville Area Transit Facility located on Magnolia Avenue.(Requested by Finance and Administration)
