An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 2, Article IX, Section 2-1076 regarding the special assessment levy in the Central Business Improvement District.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
On September 15, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code for special assessment levy in Central Business Improvement District” by a vote of 8–0.
