Quincy Avenue, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, Reed's Enterprises, Applicant. On September 15, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close unnamed alley from W. Caldwell to W. Quincy Ave and authorize deeds” by a vote of 8–0.
