An Ordinance to close a portion of an unnamed alley from Cumberland Avenue to White Avenue, subject to conditions, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, University of Tennessee, Applicant. On September 15, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close unnamed alley Cumberland to White Ave and authorize quitclaim deeds” by a vote of 8–0.
