An Ordinance to close a portion of an unnamed alley from Thirteenth Street to the western terminus, subject to conditions, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, University of Tennessee, Applicant. On September 15, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close unnamed alley from 13th St and authorize quitclaim deeds” by a vote of 8–0.
