An Ordinance to close Melrose Place from Lake Avenue to Melrose Avenue, subject to conditions, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, University of Tennessee, Applicant. On September 15, 2015, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close Melrose Place and authorize quitclaim deeds” by a vote of 8–0.
