Ordinance No. O-196-2015 An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $800.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to the Knox County Public Library Foundation to be utilized toward the project to create a digital archive of the Knoxville News Sentinel.(Requested by Council Members Grieve, Campen, Brown, and Saunders)
