Authorize IDB to accept payments in lieu of taxes for Brookvale Lane property
A resolution authorizing the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from AmeriTeam Services, LLC and Brookvale II, LLC payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with respect to real and personal property to be located at 6014 and 6016 Brookvale Lane, and finding that such payments are deemed to be in the furtherance of the public purposes of the Industrial Development Board as defined in Tennessee Code Annotated Section 7-52-305.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
