An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $1,000.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to the Knoxville Opera Company toward the furtherance of certain efforts of its education and outreach programs.(Requested by Vice Mayor Grieve and Councilmembers Campen and Saunders)
