Express appreciation for donation of property at 2115 & 2117 Texas Ave

A Resolution expressing appreciation to Knoxville's Community Development Corporation for the donation of two parcels of property located at 2115 and 2117 Texas Avenue, and authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to accept said donation.(Requested by Department of Engineering)

On January 19, 2016, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Express appreciation for donation of property at 2115 & 2117 Texas Ave” by a vote of 9–0.
