Acquire slope/constr. easement at 209 S Castle St for sidewalk project

A Resolution authorizing the acquisition, by condemnation if necessary, of a slope easement and temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 209 South Castle Street as part of the South Castle Street Sidewalk Improvements Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)

On January 19, 2016, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Acquire slope/constr. easement at 209 S Castle St for sidewalk project” by a vote of 9–0.
