An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $750.00 from the Community Improvement (202) fund and donating same to Fountain City Elementary School to be utilized toward picnic tables and playground benches.(Requested by Vice Mayor Grieve and Councilmember Della Volpe)
