An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $1,650.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to the East Tennessee Children's Hospital Association, Inc. for the Let's Move bicycle rodeo.(Requested by Councilmembers Della Volpe, Brown, Stair, and Saunders)
