Approve appeal of BZA decision on variance at 1612 Elm Street

A Resolution of the Council of the City of Knoxville approving an appeal by Kevin Murphy of the Board of Zoning Appeals' decision to approve a variance to reduce the minimum required southeast front yard setback from 25 feet to 14 feet to permit construction of a commercial building, property located 1612 Elm Street. On March 1, 2016, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve appeal of BZA decision on variance at 1612 Elm Street” by a vote of 8–0.
