Amend agreement with Positively Living, Inc. for CDBG funding

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to an Agreement with Positively Living, Inc. to provide an additional $90,000.00 in Community Development Block Grant funding to support the rehabilitation of its existing building to add five additional units of permanent supportive housing.(Requested by Department of Community Development)
