Apply for and accept Let's Play Improvement Grants

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept three Let's Play Improvement Grants from Dr. Pepper Snapple and Kaboom! to be used to construct three play systems at three separate parks within the City to support children's health through hands-on free play and learning.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
