Resolution to purchase property at 1110 Merchant Drive for intersection improvements.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase property in fee simple title, a temporary construction easement and a slope easement within certain real property located at 1110 Merchant Drive from Knox County for $2,120.00, as part of the Merchant Drive/Clinton Highway Intersection Improvements Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)

On May 24, 2016, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Resolution to purchase property at 1110 Merchant Drive for intersection improvements.” by a vote of 9–0.
