Resolution to purchase right of way on Sunnywood Lane for bridge improvements.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a right of way in fee simple title and a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 2385 Sunnywood Lane from Kim Chi Thi Nguyen and Kahn Van Le for $880.00 as part of the Wilkerson Road Bridge Improvements Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
On May 24, 2016, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Resolution to purchase right of way on Sunnywood Lane for bridge improvements.” by a vote of 9–0.
