A Resolution authorizing the acquisition, by condemnation if necessary, of a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 247 Buckner Avenue as part of the Neighborhood Drainage Improvements Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
On May 24, 2016, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Resolution authorizing acquisition of easement on Buckner Avenue for drainage improvements.” by a vote of 9–0.
