Resolution to purchase property on W. Young High Pike for sidewalk project.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a tract in fee simple title and a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 330 West Young High Pike from Gladys B. and Gary E. Siler for $1,292.00, as part of the West Young High Pike Sidewalk Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
On May 24, 2016, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Resolution to purchase property on W. Young High Pike for sidewalk project.” by a vote of 9–0.
