Appeal certificate of appropriateness for 431 E. Springdale Avenue

An Appeal by Deborah Thomas of an approval for a certificate of appropriateness granted to Daniel Mitchell, Knoxville Habitat for Humanity, Inc. by the Infill Housing Design Review Committee for property located at 431 E. Springdale Avenue, which decision was appealed to MPC by Deborah Thomas, William Hutton and Emily Ellis, neighborhood residents and members of Oakwood Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association, and which denial by MPC is now being further appealed to City Council. (MPC denied 14-0) (Fifth District)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)
