Authorize agreement with KCDC for Baptist Hospital site redevelopment
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Support and Cooperation Agreement with Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation (“KCDC”) to provide administrative and technical assistance as well as financial contributions to enable KCDC to perform its duties under the Development Agreement and other Project Documents which KCDC is entering into with Riverwalk Investors, LLC and Grand Oak, LLC (collectively, the “Developer”) with respect to the redevelopment of certain real property formerly known as the Baptist Hospital site.(Requested by Finance and Accountability)
