Authorize agreement with Industrial Development Board for property at 101 E. Blount Ave

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Support and Cooperation Agreement with the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville (“the Board”) to provide administrative and technical assistance as well as funding to the Board to enable the Board to perform its duties under the Purchase Agreement for 101 E. Blount Avenue, the subsequent Lease Agreement with Regal Cinemas, Inc., and a Parking Easement Agreement for property generally located at 2011 Kay Street and 100 E. Blount Avenue.(Requested by Finance and Administration)
