Authorize application for Transportation Alternatives Grant for Chapman Highway

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for a Transportation Alternatives Grant from the Knoxville Regional Transportation Planning Organization in the amount of $1,760,000.00 with a City match of $440,000.00, to construct bicycle and pedestrian facilities along Chapman Highway between Young High Pike and Stone Road and, if approved, authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept such a grant.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
