A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to consent to the assignment of Dr. Larry Tragessor's rights, title and interest in the Ground Lease of the Gateway Retail Building located at 920 Volunteer Landing, CLT # 095JB011, to Three Amigos Real Estate, LLC subject to final approval by the Tennessee Valley Authority.(Requested by Department of Finance)
