Authorize agreement with KCDC and Knoxville-Knox County CAC for Case Management Program.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a multi-party agreement with the Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee and Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation to support the Case Management Program, located in the KCDC elderly/disabled housing and focused on homelessness prevention, in the amount of $187,500.00, with the City's portion not to exceed $156,250.00.(Requested by Community Development Department)
