Authorize purchase of drainage and construction easements at 301 Maple Loop Road.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to purchase a permanent drainage easement and a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 301 Maple Loop Road from Sherry A. Taylor for $3,175.00 to alleviate flooding on Maple Loop Road.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
