A Resolution approving an appeal by Maha M. Ayesh of a Board of Zoning Appeals' decision to approve a variance to reduce the minimum number of required parking spaces from 43 to 0 spaces, per submitted plan to permit brewery/restaurant in an existing building in a C-3 (General Commercial) District, property located at 100 Lockett Road. (BZA approved 5-0) (Second District) (File No. 6-D-16-VA)(Requested by Metropolitan Planning Commission)
On September 13, 2016, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve appeal by Maha M. Ayesh regarding parking variance for 100 Lockett Road.” by a vote of 7–1.
