Amend TDOT contract for South Knoxville Waterfront Roadway Project funding source.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amendment to Contract No. C-14-0071 with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) regarding the South Knoxville Waterfront Roadway Improvements Project to modify the funding source from High Priority Project (HPP) funding to State Surface Transportation Block Grant (S-STBG) funding increasing the federal funding by $1,642,684.00 and the local match by $410,672.00 for a new total project cost of $7,511,063.00.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment and Department of Engineering)
