Amend Mallia Engineering contract for former Sanitary Laundry facility assessment.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to an agreement with Mallia Engineering Company for structural engineering services and assessment of the former Sanitary Laundry and Dry Cleaning facility located at 625 N. Broadway, to add additional services and to increase the contract amount by $16,300.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $47,862.00.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
