Amend city code to require beer permits for furnishing beer on public property
An Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article II, Division 2, Section 4-56 of the Knoxville City Code so as to require beer permits before providing or gratuitously furnishing beer on property open to the public.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Palmer)
