A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Easement Agreement with Saba Rock Partners to permit their building and improvements to encroach into the public rights-of- way of Sevier Avenue and Jones Street, property located at 700 Sevier Avenue.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
