Acquire property for Cedar Lane Sidewalk Project drainage, construction, slope easements
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property, by purchase or condemnation if necessary, in fee simple as permanent drainage easements, for temporary construction easements and slope easements within seven tracts of real property for a total amount not to exceed $12,500.00 as part of the Cedar Lane Sidewalk Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
