Acquire property for I-275 Business Park Access Improvements easements
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property, by purchase or condemnation if necessary, in fee simple as permanent drainage easements, for temporary construction easements and slope easements within 14 tracts of real property for a total amount not to exceed $500,000.00 as part of the I-275 Business Park Access Improvements Project.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
