A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with Kelly Fletcher PR (Fletcher PR), LLC for the marketing, public outreach and education services associated with improvements and modernization to solid waste management that will take place over the next 18 months for a total amount not to exceed $200,000.00.(Requested by Public Service Department)
