An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $500.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to East Tennessee Community Design Center acting as fiscal agent on behalf of Historic Holston Hills Community Club to be utilized toward Holston Hills community park project.(Requested by Councilmember Della Volpe)
