Amend City Code regarding standardized wheeled garbage and recycling containers
An Ordinance amending Chapter 13, Article I, Sections 13-2, 13-3, 13-4, 13-13, 13-15, 13-16, 13-17, 13-19; Article II, Section 13-57; Article III, Division 1, Sections 13-77, 13-78, 13-80, 13-82; Division 2, Sections 13-101, 13-102; Article IV, Section 13-144; Article V, Sections 13-167, 13-168, 13-169, 13-172; Article VI, Sections 13-191, 13-193, and 13-195 of the Knoxville City Code to reflect the changes resulting from the City purchasing and delivering standardized wheeled garbage and recycling containers to all City households.(Requested by Public Service Department)
On December 6, 2016, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code regarding standardized wheeled garbage and recycling containers” by a vote of 9–0.
