An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $400.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Golden Gloves Charities, Inc., acting as fiscal agent on behalf of Baby Roadrunner Football Organization to be utilized toward their end of the year celebration.
