Is a case near an address?

Enter an address to see the land-use cases on the published record whose location has a human-reviewed map position within the distance you choose. Distances are approximate; every case links to its decision record and the official minutes.

Your address is used only to look up coordinates and is never stored or logged. Case locations shown are the filings’ own printed addresses.

What this can and cannot show. A case appears here only when its reviewed map position has been confirmed — by a person against the official record, by two independent geocoding services in close agreement inside the district boundaries on file, or carried from a reviewed pre-meeting agenda geocode of the same printed address. An unconfirmed location is never placed on a distance claim. 365 cases on the record do not yet have a reviewed map position and can only be found in the full list or the district view. Distances are approximate, measured to the reviewed position, not to parcel boundaries.
