    An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $350.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to East Tennessee Community Design Center, Inc. serving as fiscal agent on behalf of Fountain City Town Hall to be utilized toward the purchase of a small train.
