    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville Appropriating the sum of $2,000.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to the Knoxville Botanical Gardens and Arboretum to be utilized toward the Service Building Roof Project.(Requested by Council Members Palmer, Della Volpe, Campen, Brown, Stair & Vice Mayor Pavlis)
