Emergency ordinance to appropriate funds for Project Grad Thanksgiving baskets

An Emergency Ordinance appropriating the sum of $500.00 from the Community Empowerment budget and donating same to Project Grad to provide ten Thanksgiving baskets to disadvantaged Austin East High School students and their families.(Requested by Office of Community Empowerment)
