Appropriate $650 to Project Grad Knoxville, Inc.

An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville Appropriating the sum of $650.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Project Grad Knoxville, Inc., to be utilized toward the Elston Turner Summer Basketball Camp to benefit Inner City Disadvantaged Youth.(Requested by Council Members Della Volpe, Campen, Brown, Stair)
