    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $2,300.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Girl Talk, Inc. to be utilized toward mentoring and providing school-based programs.(Requested by Councilmembers Roberto, Singh-Perez, Rider, Campen, McKenzie, and Stair)
