Appropriate $13,242 from Community Improvement Fund for donations

An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $13,242.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to community agencies and organizations as set forth in the attachment.(Requested by Councilmembers Smith, Roberto, Rider, Fugate, Testerman, and Parker)
