    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $3,200.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee, serving as Fiscal Agent for Inskip Community Association ACI, toward the Thanksgiving Basket Project at Inskip Elementary School.(Requested by Councilmembers Smith, Roberto, Rider, Thomas, and Fugate)
