    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $400.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Tennessee Immigrant Empowerment Solutions, Inc. to assist with sponsorship of its current program to assist legal immigrants.(Requested by Council Members Campen and Saunders)
