    An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 11 of the Knoxville City Code so as to adopt the 2018 edition of the International Fire Code, including appendices B, C and D, with amendments with an effective date of January 1, 2019; providing for the review of plans, inspections, and the collection of fees thereof; and providing penalties for violation of said codes.

    Unanimous Adopted 9-0-0-0
