    An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 6, Article VI § 6-137 of the Knoxville City Code relating to unfit buildings and §§ 6-151 and 6-152 adopting the 2018 edition of the International Property Maintenance Code and Appendices, with amendments, as the Property Maintenance Code (Housing Code) of the City of Knoxville.
